HOW DO I DROP OFF AND PICK UP MY DOG?
You will schedule a drop off and a pick up time once you book your stay. Drop-off and pick-up times are in 15-minute increments. Our guests are checked in/ out one at a time so we can devote our full attention to you and your pet. Please arrive punctually at your appointed time! Being early or late for your scheduled time impacts the care we provide to properly transition your pet.
HOW CAN I CHECK ON MY PET DURING HIS STAY?
All of our suites are provided with real-time camera capability so you can check on your loved one 24/7 even if you and your dog are in different time zones.

MY PET REQUIRES A SPECIAL DIET. IS THAT A PROBLEM?
Our goal is to make your pet's stay as comfortable as possible. Special requests are our specialty!
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
We are a small facility and any confirmed booking prevents us from taking other reservations for a booked room. This means that we will inevitably be turning away potential business due to confirmed bookings. If a confirmed reservation is cancelled, we not only lose that revenue, but the potential revenue from bookings we had to pass on due to confirmed reservations.
Entire Booking Cancellation: If Guardian cancels their service entirely less than 14 days prior to scheduled start of their reservation, a $50 cancellation fee will be subtracted from the deposit refund. If the reservation is only altered in this time period then no fee will be applied.
Holidays/Peak Period Cancellations: If Guardian cancels the entire service, 50% of entire booking deposit will be retained and the remainder will be refunded within 14 days of cancellation. If the reservation is only altered, but the alteration results in a 50% or greater reduction of the entire booking, the Holiday/Peak Period Cancellation Fee will be applied to this portion of the reservation

WHAT ITEMS DOES FREE RANGE BOARDING SUPPLY FOR MY PET?
We provide a comfortable, size-appropriate bed with a clean, food and water dish. For an additional fee we can provide a plush bed, a snuggly blanket or a toy for our overnight guests.
