Here’s what you need to know before your dog’s first stay at Free Range Boarding:
Our goal is to be a safe, happy place for dogs to play, socialize, relax and rejuvenate while their owners are away. The information we gather during the intake process and the medical requirements allow us to do just that.
Not all dogs are well suited for boarding. We have set up our procedures to best evaluate your dog's appropriateness for our type of care. We do this to help ensure that your dog will be able to enjoy his/her stay at our facility. The health and safety of the dogs in our care is of the utmost importance to us, as we know it is for you.
We require up-to-date vaccination records for Rabies, Bordatella (every 6 months for intranasal or injectable/every 12 months for oral) and DHPP and a fecal test (including ova/parasites and giardia) every six months. All health requirements are for the health and safety of your dog as well as other dogs in our care. We recommend Leptospirosis vaccine due to deer in the area.
