Our goal is to create well-trained, confident dogs and knowledgeable, confident owners. By the end of our program, teams are equipped with the skills and understanding needed to continue training independently, maintain results, and enjoy the process together.
Training with us is not about pressure or shortcuts — it is about education, engagement, and long-term success.
What You Will Learn
1. Dog Owner School
This class is the foundation of our program and is designed to give owners a deep understanding of the dog as a system.
Topics include:

Organization of the dog’s environment

Health, feeding, toys, and training tools

Drives and motivation
-
The learning process and generalization
-
Socialization
-
Communication, emotions, and behavior

Marker system and rewarding strategies

Developing food and pack drives

Developing play drive

Building engagement
This class helps owners understand how training works and how to avoid common mistakes that slow down progress. Cost: $200 Duration: 4 weeks (1 hour per week)
2. Extended Drive & Engagement
This class is designed for dogs and owners who need additional work before entering Basic Obedience Class. We believe that a strong foundation is the most important element, and rushing a dog into advanced classes can do more harm than good.
Focus areas include:

Building food and play motivation

Developing focus and engagement

Teaching dogs how to work with their handler

Improving emotional balance during training

Creating positive training habits
This class sets the foundation for successful obedience training for both dog and owner. Cost: $225 Duration: 4 weeks (1.5 hours per week)
3. Basic Obedience
This level begins teaching core obedience skills while maintaining engagement and motivation.

Owners learn how to train consistently and clearly, ensuring the dog understands expectations in different environments. Cost: $225 Duration: 4 weeks (1.5 hours per week)
4. Intermediate Obedience
This class introduces distractions and real-life challenges, helping dogs apply their skills in more complex situations.

5. Advanced Obedience
Advanced Obedience focuses on long-term reliability and independence from constant rewards.

Understanding maintenance of conditioned reflexes

Advanced heeling with distractions

Advanced recall with distractions

Sit and down with increased distance and difficulty

Advanced play and play rules
This level teaches owners how to maintain behaviors over time and how to keep training enjoyable and effective without constant reinforcement. Cost: $200 Duration: 4 weeks (1.5 hours per week)
Requirements for Group Classes
To ensure a safe, productive, and positive learning environment for all dogs and owners,
the following requirements must be met before joining our group classes:
​General Requirements

Dogs must be at least 3 months old.

Dogs must be physically healthy and up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations. Dogs must be free from contagious illnesses or parasites.

Owners must be able to attend classes consistently, actively participate in training and do homework.
Behavioral Requirements

Dogs must be able to work around other dogs and people without posing a safety risk.
-
Mild excitement, lack of focus, or early-stage reactivity is acceptable and can be worked through in class.

Dogs showing severe aggression toward people or uncontrolled aggression toward dogs may require private training before joining group classes.

Dogs must be able to recover emotionally after excitement or stress with handler support.
Training Readiness

Dogs must have basic food or toy motivation.
-
Dogs should be comfortable working on leash and flat collar (not to be stressed about it).

Owners must be willing to use positive reinforcement–based methods and follow class guidelines.

Dogs entering Basic Obedience or higher levels are required to complete:

Dog Owner School

Extended Drive & Engagement (if needed)

or a private sessions (for issues that are not covered with our group classes)​

Placement in classes is based on the dog’s individual needs, not age or breed.

Standard 6ft leash that is comfortable for dog and for owner to work with (not retractable leashes)

Owner Responsibilities
-
Owners are expected to arrive on time and be prepared for class.

Consistency with homework and practice between classes is essential for progress.

Respect for instructors, other clients, and dogs is required at all times
