PRIVATE TRAINING

A personalized training experience.

Choose from one of our specialized training series or we can create a plan specific to your dog and your needs.

Our experienced trainer, Elena Gannett, uses positive reinforcement based methods with an emphasis on canine body language and psychology. The goal is to understand why dogs are misbehaving so we can find the long-term solution.

Consider Board & Train if your dog will be staying with us. It's a learning vacation for your dog.

ABOUT OUR LEAD TRAINER

JENNIFER GORMAN
Certified Professional Dog Trainer

I am a reward-based, positive-reinforcement trainer who has worked hands-on with countless types of dogs in a variety of environments. My experience includes training service dogs for handlers with various disabilities, behavior modification with shelter animals to better prepare them for adoption, and helping families reach their numerous goals with their pets. As someone who has loved dogs all my life, once I was old enough I started volunteering and working with dogs professionally. This led me to attend Bergin University of Canine Studies, the only accredited higher-level education dedicated to the study of dogs. There I developed an in-depth, science-based understanding and passion for dog behavior and training, which has only grown with time and experience. My goal is to improve the lives of animals while helping guardians build stronger relationships with their pets through a better understanding of their behavior. I want to give both humans and dogs the information they need to succeed. I believe in continuing my education and staying up to date on the newest information in the field. My qualifications include: • Certified Professional Dog Trainer-Knowledge Assessed (CPDT-KA) •Graduate of Bergin University of Canine Studies -Bachelor of Science, Canine Studies (Cynology) -Associate of Science, Business and Companion Dog Studies •Fear Free Shelters Graduate
